Both are free Microsoft email accounts. One account has 8 folders created by me, most of which have under a hundred emails.
The inbox in this one has about emails and the sent mails folder has about items. In terms of size this account takes up over a couple of GBs. The other account has nearly 30 folders with a few of them containing over items.
One of the folders has close to items. This account is possibly closer to 6 GB in size I’m estimating. The issue persists with outlook in safe mode. Additionally I have tried with all add-ins disabled and still see the issue.
