Thank you very much for your reply. I ran the command and got 54 digits, then called Microsoft and I received a link by text message. I opened the link and select 6 digits like below. I lost the key so I installed a third party software to get the key. I believe it retrieved the key from the registry. Office was activated before. The issue happened after Windows 7 is upgraded to Windows It is preinstalled for volume licensed Office to support other methods of activation.
