Then re-installed it, but that didn’t fix the problem with Outlook Windows tries to find an answer, but it can’t and let’s me know that if it does it will contact me later. User’s post on October 12, Outlook failed to launch in safe mode. Do you want to start detect and repair? Usually though it just says failed to launch in safe mode then detect and repair. Is it installed on any other computers? User’s post on October 13, No, just trying to get it to open normally, but that safe mode pops up. I had installed it on a new dell, but I sent the dell back. While I was using my old computer before getting the new on outlook started not wanting open. So when I sent the dell computer back I uninstalled Office and re-installed it since I knew that outlook wouldn’t work in it. Try specifically starting Outlook in Safe mode and see what happens.

Up pops a windows installer stating preparing to install. Then please wait while windows configures Microsoft Professional Plus Then after a while it says setup is done.
