I had this same issue tonight. I tried refreshing and copy pasting the link in my browser. I believe it was internet explorer period. I copy pasted the link in the search engine on firefox and the install began. So try firefox. If it doesn’t work for me, I’ll let you guys know. You are getting that error since the Operating System that you currently have is Windows Vista.
