It gives error code 0x I searched the forums and tried to troubleshoot but I am at my wits end.
I assume the issues in the 2 different Backup programs are connected. The forum for the error code said disable the firewall and I did, it also said the remove java so I did. Nothing has helped. It is still unsuccessful in the backup. It shows all the folders have been backed up – and of course the space is taken but if I click on the folder it is empty.
